Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The Service

Raisebell helps Ontario landlords calculate rent increase eligibility, generate Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) Form N1 packages, and track increase timelines based on data you provide.

2. Not Legal Advice

Raisebell is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents generated by the Service are prepared from information you supply and are for your convenience only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of that information, complying with the Residential Tenancies Act and all other applicable law, and properly serving any notice on your tenant(s).

3. No Warranty on Outcomes

We do not guarantee that any notice, calculation, or document produced by the Service will be accepted by the Landlord and Tenant Board or achieve any particular legal outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful residential tenancy management in Ontario. Do not use it to harass tenants, violate their rights, or submit false information.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raisebell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
